An extraordinary, internationally acclaimed documentary about impact of the 2008 Gaza bombings on civilians and children, by filmmaker Vibeke Løkkeberg. After watching news reports from her home in Norway, Løkkeberg attempted to gain access to Gaza to report on events there, but discovered first-hand that international journalists were barred from entering the area. The denial of access further impelled her to report on the story, and she proceeded to gather raw footage from Palestinian cameramen and eye-witnesses living in Gaza who recorded bombings on smart phones.

It’s established and admitted that “Israel” used banned DIME munitions and flechette shells, but “Doctors describe injuries inconsistent with previously used ammunition” in previous wars on Gaza. The wounds described are like something out of science fiction, but considering that the “Israeli” armaments industry is big business (and tied to the government), and the complete lack of respect for Gentile life, it’s not surprising that “Israel” would test its most advanced and diabolical weapons on Gaza. It wouldn’t be the first time. But the sights were horrifying and no doubt those paramedics and doctors will have nightmares for years to come.

Israeli economy to benefit from Gaza reconstruction

‘CHUTZPAH WRIT LARGE’
As only “Israel” can muster, the hubris of destroying the homes and infrastructure of those they occupy in Gaza -in blatant contravention of international law- it now demands that its own economy benefit from any and all reconstruction of Gaza. Due to its unlawful siege of Gaza and subsequent total control of goods entering the crossings into Gaza, “Israel” restricts all construction materials that are not sourced from its own Jewish population’s companies. Outside construction materials procured by the EU from sources outside “Israel” are held captive on various pretexts and not allowed to enter Gaza or with such incredible delay that those materials, in the interest of expediency, were procured from “Israeli” Jewish companies in order to complete reconstruction projects. This is how it has been and how it is now, in a manner that evokes the nefarious and unethical business practices that we are all assured repeatedly are merely “canards” though they are documented historically. Keep in mind that “Israel” intentionally destroyed concrete factory in Gaza, specifically so that it would not be possible for that construction materiel could not be natively sourced.

The Difference Between Israeli and Palestinian Children

The children of Gaza who have lived will face hardship most in the West cannot conceive. Many sustained injuries that will burden them their entire lives, like loss of limbs or sight. Others will be cursed with cancer from “Israel’s” use of banned DIME munitions and will likely die young. There are over 1800 children who are now orphans in Gaza. And virtually all will have PTSD and emotional issues from the intense trauma they have experienced, many having lived through three wars already. But not one will forget how Jews in Israel see them, how they danced and sang about children being slaughtered in Gaza, how they gathered on the hilltops to cheer as the bombs and artillery fell, how they were exhilarated at the agony and terror wrought on the children of Gaza. No, they will not forget however much they will want to. Nor will they forgive and they should not.

Hamas agrees: one step closer to unity government signing Rome Statute

PALESTINE CAN NOW JOIN ICC
Hamas has signed agreement to accede to the Rome Statute and join the International Criminal Court. This gives it jurisdiction to accept a case filed by Palestine for war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated on its soil currently and retroactively to 2002, the date of the creation of the ICC. This is what “Israel” fear almost more than losing the patronage, protection and largess of the Americans. Colonialism, apartheid, genocide, violations of the Geneva Conventions and war crimes are likely charges to be levelled against the “Israel.” The UN Human Rights Council will be investigating these -of both “Israel” and resistance factions in Gaza, their report is due to be completed in March 2015.

Gaza collaborators eliminated to save lives

In most countries execution is the penalty for collaborating with the enemy during wartime. Collaborators are traitors who have the ability to endanger and even kill thousands, hundreds of thousands or millions. And this weighs heavily on the minds of most collaborators. They do have opportunities to turn themselves in and receive amnesty. Some do, many don’t. Those who don’t kill their brethren and their brethren’s children. Gaza: Israel’s position of weakness and its false flag attack

CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING
Unsurprisingly, “Israel” wants to continue its siege and occupation, assassinations, and general repression and oppression of Palestine. So used to being able to bully, badger, wheedle, whine and blackmail in order to get its way it is unused to dealing with a strong opposition. The feckless Fatah and “Palestinian Authority” are merely lackeys and subcontractors, though Hamas is anything but. And Hamas is not going to abandon the legitimate and lawful rights of Palestine: sovereignty, which entails control over its land/sea and airspaces, imports and exports, and ingress and egress. With the ceasefire extended for 24 hours, “Israel” and its friendly-neighbourhood ally, al-Sisi of Egypt, are trying to divide-and-conquer the Palestinian delegation in order to avoid any concessions. But make no mistake, “Israel” is actually negotiation from a position of weakness.

Despite the fact that the patron of “Israel,” the USA, are not a ratified signatory of the Rome Statute, “Israel” have begged its patron to help it avoid war crimes charges. And it has employed other means designed to avoid the ICC as well: initiation of its own Commission of Inquiry, which of course will find no unlawful acts or wrongdoing. And that COI will drag on for years, hoping the world will forget the barbarity of the genocidal project on Gaza. We won’t.

Gaza: International doctor describes injuries of banned weapons

BANNED WEAPONS CAUSE DISTINCTIVE INJURIES
Traumatic amputations, distinctive odour, melted flesh, piercings by nails, traumatic crushing and other highly specific and unusual wounds have been seen by multiple doctors both Gazan and from other countries (don’t worry, no gory photos). It is established that “Israel” have used DIME munitions, and it has admitted it has and is using flechette shells. But observers have noted that it is also using FAX munitions which are a sort of ‘poor man’s nuke’, essentially a thermobaric bomb that explodes in the air and is quite devastating to anything below it. It has been suggested by observers that “Israel” has used “Daisy Cutters” in this latest genocidal project on Gaza. The use of these weapons are a violation of the Laws of War Article 23 which prohibits the use of poison or poisoned weapons, and weapons that cause unnecessary suffering. DIMEs are known to cause cancer because of the tungsten contained in them which comes in contact with the victim. Flechettes are not suitable or legal for use in populated areas and are known to cause unnecessary suffering. FAX and Daisy cutter munitions are also not suitable for use in highly populated areas, especially when it is known that there are civilians in that location. Considering the totality of “Israel’s” history and actions, it is clear that these weapons are employed in order to destroy as much of the infrastructure and structures as possible, kill immediately as many civilians as possible, and ensure that those civilians that are wounded will either be maimed for life or die from their wounds or contract cancer and die from that. The goal is to destroy physically as much of Gaza as possible, and significantly ‘thin out’ the population of Gaza, specifically fertile women and children (the next generation). “Israel” call this “mowing the lawn.” That qualifies as genocide.

Bad day: More fallout for Israel’s war on Gaza

“Israel” have been used to unconditional support, thanks to the Jewish-owned and dominated media, the numerous Jewish lobbies and of course access to all raw data collected by the American NSA which gave it plenty of blackmail material with which to use in order to ensure that support by members of governments worldwide. But though it still receives the spying data, political discourse and media coverage have changed. And outside of the protection of its patron, America, a commission of inquiry has been initiated by the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to investigate war crimes in Gaza. But also unlike in the past, “Israel’s” application of pressure wasn’t able to skew the odds in its favour in the selection of persons on that commission.

Israeli laments lack of inventiveness in torturing Palestine

“Israel” is bemoaning the lack of military victory over Palestinian resistance, despite the mechanised, high-tech American-donated armaments. The armament industry in “Israel” itself is big business. It takes armaments other countries have invented and changes them a bit, repackages them, tests them out of Gaza and then stamps them with “brand Israel.” This has been documented in “The Lab” and has been also published in “Israeli” media. But despite this, it still has no definitive military victory over Gaza, all the destruction of infrastructure and protected facilities notwithstanding. Great frustration is being expressed in the “Israeli” Jewish media that all the methods of torture and destruction of Gazans haven’t weakened Hamas or Palestinians in general and this is due to a “lack of creativity” on behalf of the military. Amazing.

Rights are not negotiable

FREEDOM, RIGHTS ARE NOT CONDITIONAL
It’s absolutely baffling that anyone would accept the “Israeli” narrative and assertion that anyone’s political, social or human rights must be negotiated. Rights exist, and are also enshrined in law. Rights are not subject to the whims of this country or that. It is the height of arrogance to demand that the State of Palestine and the Palestinian people compromise with the occupying power and cede not only territory in the State of Palestine but inherent rights. It is not a requirement of law anywhere to cede rights of a State or people or individual to anyone or any country.  And it is detached from law, common sense and morality for anyone to expect Palestine to accept the absurd demand of its occupier and oppressor.

“Day of Rage” across world shows overwhelming support for Gaza

It has been excluded from high-level international meetings regarding its savage war on Gaza, making clear that it is not the powerhouse it believed itself to be. It knows it will be dragged before the ICC in the Hague, and despite disrespecting and betraying its patron America on a routine basis, begs those same to protect it from the consequences of its war crimes. But that isn’t all.

We compiled a list of numbers on the devastation wrought on Gaza here, but others have compiled lists of numbers as a comparison to previous wars on Gaza, which is helpful in seeing the true barbarity of “Israel.” And taking in the totality of what it has destroyed, it is clear that it not only wants to make Gaza un-livable, but wants to erase Gaza’s history as well. Out of revenge for its inability to defeat Palestinians’ spirit, its inability to force them all out of historic Palestine, its inability to defeat Palestinian resistance in the field of battle, it wants to erase the evidence that Gaza existed long before there was an Abraham, long before there were any Hebrew tribes. Gaza City is one of the oldest continually-inhabited cities in the world! “Israel” has destroyed not only homes, but schools and mosques as well. But it will find that it still cannot defeat the spirit of Palestinians or Palestinian resistance.

Victims’ names and ages were compiled based on information released by the Gaza health ministry, while the circumstances of the deaths were taken from the ministry and local news sources.

These are the names that have been confirmed by medical sources in Gaza. Nearly 10000 have been injured, including children and women, with some losing limbs and others disabled for life. The amount of dead is underestimated as there are many whose bodies have still not been retrieved from the rubble and therefore their names are not listed

The majority of the wounded are children, according to the Ministry of Health. All of the casualties listed below are victims of Israeli bombs dropped on Gaza since Tuesday July 8th. ISRAEL REFUSES TO LIFT SIEGE, RESISTANCE WILL CONTINUE
They are having a hard time letting go of their captive and oppressed population. Those in power typically do not want to relinquish it, so freedom must be taken by force. The requirements presented to “Israel” in order for a long-term (10-year) ceasefire were simple, reasonable, logical and most importantly, in line with international law. “Israel’s” blockade (or siege, if you prefer) is illegal, as is the occupation of the ‘West Bank’ and all of al-Quds/Jerusalem. Negotiations in Cairo did not go well, as “Israel” was employing its Talmudic negotiation strategy and, as always, negotiating in bad faith. Towards the end of the ceasefire, it -also typical– employed a ‘false-flag’ attack on itself to get out of the negotiations. It has a history not only of doing things in bad faith, but for false flag attacks. So the bombs are falling once again.

Everyone knows that one little tiny desert state in the Mediterranean is the client state of the United States. Everyone knows that it is armed to the eyeballs, lavished obscene amounts of the tax-payers money and diplomatically shielded from any and all legal consequences in the fora designed to solve international disputes and hold bad actors accountable. Complex matrix of control

Exploiting the genuine security related worries of the Israeli people and the majority’s wish for a political parting from the Palestinians, the Sharon government is constructing a system of fences that will not achieve separation, that will not draw a border, and that will not, eventually, bring security. What we are facing in the “fence” is yet another typical, thoroughly calculated “Sharonic” act of deception. The real purpose of the walls is very different. They are intended as another layer–maybe the ultimate one–in the complex matrix of control which constitutes the Israeli occupation: the settlements, the roads, the roadblocks, the curfews, the closures, and the use of brute military force. The walls that Sharon is building now are intended to render Israel’s hold over the land it captured in 1967 irreversible. They are the last nail in the coffin of the two-states solution. We shall wake up, in another year and a half from now, to a drastically different reality: a cruel state consisting of pens enclosures will stretch between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean.
