Violent Jews set Palestinian school on fire

MORE JEWISH TERRORISM
Violent, heavily armed Jewish squatters constantly harass students of the school, whether on the way to or from school. In their minds, neither the Palestinian students or teachers have a soul (are soulless animals), are polluting “their” land and they are within their moral guidelines to harass, injure or even kill them. Such is the ideology of Judaism and these violent Jews squatting in Palestine. The purpose of this attack is to deny Palestinian children education, to punish them for being born Palestinian as well as to exact revenge for the Palestinians who have the temerity to stay in their own land. Continue reading Violent Jews set Palestinian school on fire

Complex matrix of control

Exploiting the genuine security related worries of the Israeli people and the majority’s wish for a political parting from the Palestinians, the Sharon government is constructing a system of fences that will not achieve separation, that will not draw a border, and that will not, eventually, bring security. What we are facing in the “fence” is yet another typical, thoroughly calculated “Sharonic” act of deception. The real purpose of the walls is very different. They are intended as another layer–maybe the ultimate one–in the complex matrix of control which constitutes the Israeli occupation: the settlements, the roads, the roadblocks, the curfews, the closures, and the use of brute military force. The walls that Sharon is building now are intended to render Israel’s hold over the land it captured in 1967 irreversible. They are the last nail in the coffin of the two-states solution. We shall wake up, in another year and a half from now, to a drastically different reality: a cruel state consisting of pens enclosures will stretch between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean.

Video: Iron Wall

JABOTINSKY’S PHILOSOPHY ENACTED

In 1923 Vladimir Jabotinsky, leading intellectual of the Zionist movement and father of the right wing of that movement, wrote:

“Zionist colonization must either stop, or else proceed regardless of the native population. Which means that it can proceed and develop only under the protection of a power that is independent of the native population – behind an The Iron Wall , which the native population cannot breach.”

First published in Russian under the title O Zheleznoi Stene in Rassvyet, 4 November 1923. Continue reading Video: Iron Wall

The land rejects you, the stones cry out against you

DEMANDING OTHERS’ PROPERTY DOES NOT TRANSFER IT
Though the Gentile world has been taught that the famous 10 Commandments apply to all, Jews believe it only applies to other Jews, not to their behaviour towards Gentiles, whom they regard as “innately evil,” without a soul, with no redeeming qualities, and whose property is “opened” for Jews to take at will. So Jews who have moved themselves into Palestine have an entitlement mentality, that is they are entitled to any land, resources, homes or belongings they want. But Palestine is not their land, and the land itself rejects them in their hubris and criminal, un-neighbourly behaviours. This is about an act that began with this insolent attitude and inspired an act, which did not go to plan, even with the military (whose duty, according to international law in occupied territory is to protect the occupied population). It was a good day. Continue reading The land rejects you, the stones cry out against you

MANIC FURY-BOMBING & DESTRUCTION OVERNIGHT
It’s not about Hamas, it’s not about tunnels, it’s not even about rockets. It’s about control, domination and hatred. Whatever party was in government, were there no tunnels, and when rockets never flew, “Israel” hate Palestinians in Gaza, al-Quds/Jerusalem and the ‘West Bank.’ It wants control, it wants absolute domination. The furious hatred of Palestinians is because they refuse to submit to that control and accept that Jewish domination, because Palestinians still live, because they refuse to leave. So Palestinians in Palestine are punished on a daily basis: siege/blockade of Gaza, torturous fascism in al-Quds, and belligerent occupation of the ‘West Bank’ along with the creeping illegitimate annexation. “Israel” seek to erase the history in which its Jews were only a tiny part, it destroyed whole towns and villages in historic Palestine, appropriated others, and in Gaza it is doing the same. These are in fact war crimes. Continue reading Residential tower levelled, neighbourhoods erased

Rights are not negotiable

FREEDOM, RIGHTS ARE NOT CONDITIONAL
It’s absolutely baffling that anyone would accept the “Israeli” narrative and assertion that anyone’s political, social or human rights must be negotiated. Rights exist, and are also enshrined in law. Rights are not subject to the whims of this country or that. It is the height of arrogance to demand that the State of Palestine and the Palestinian people compromise with the occupying power and cede not only territory in the State of Palestine but inherent rights. It is not a requirement of law anywhere to cede rights of a State or people or individual to anyone or any country.  And it is detached from law, common sense and morality for anyone to expect Palestine to accept the absurd demand of its occupier and oppressor. “Day of Rage” across world shows overwhelming support for Gaza

PEOPLE SUPPORT GAZA, DEMAND END TO GENOCIDE
Now the governments of the world have no illusions as to the wishes of the populace they govern. We demand the end to the siege of Gaza, to the genocide, to the occupation of Palestine and full sovereignty. And will not be silent, we will not rest until that occurs. No amount of Jewish pressure and lobbies drown out the sound of our call for Palestinian freedom. We demand the end to “Israeli” impunity, to hold it accountable for its many crimes. Gaza: numbers give perspective

PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING
We compiled a list of numbers on the devastation wrought on Gaza here, but others have compiled lists of numbers as a comparison to previous wars on Gaza, which is helpful in seeing the true barbarity of “Israel.” And taking in the totality of what it has destroyed, it is clear that it not only wants to make Gaza un-livable, but wants to erase Gaza’s history as well. Out of revenge for its inability to defeat Palestinians’ spirit, its inability to force them all out of historic Palestine, its inability to defeat Palestinian resistance in the field of battle, it wants to erase the evidence that Gaza existed long before there was an Abraham, long before there were any Hebrew tribes. Gaza City is one of the oldest continually-inhabited cities in the world! “Israel” has destroyed not only homes, but schools and mosques as well. But it will find that it still cannot defeat the spirit of Palestinians or Palestinian resistance. Continue reading Gaza: numbers give perspective

Uprising continues, clashes all over West Bank

NO RETURN TO STATUS QUO ANTE
Palestinians in the ‘West Bank’ are not lying down, not submitting to Jewish domination, oppression or occupation. A large protest at al-Khalil/Hebron resulted in clashes with IOF in which 40 have been injured thus far.

seven have been injured in clashes with the IOF in Safa, near Ramallah.

In Bethlehem, the IOF is shooting large amounts of tear gas at protesters. Two “Israeli” soldiers have been wounded at Rachel’s Tomb.

At Qalqialiya, 4 have been injured by IOF shooting live bullets.

Guernica in Gaza

MESS OF WARFARE, DIRTY POLITICS
Everyone knows that one little tiny desert state in the Mediterranean is the client state of the United States. Everyone knows that it is armed to the eyeballs, lavished obscene amounts of the tax-payers money and diplomatically shielded from any and all legal consequences in the fora designed to solve international disputes and hold bad actors accountable. Yes, I mean the Jewish military state. Everyone also knows that the client state has also been shielded from actually having to behave as any other civilised nation would be required to be. As ICC case looms, Israel panicking and preparing its defense

BEGGING THE AMERICANS TO SAVE THEM
According to published reports, Prime Minister Netanyahu implored a delegation of “Israel-firster” lawmakers from America to help keep his country out of the ICC. No doubt the contingent of willing traitors will do their utmost to accommodate him. Meanwhile the military of his country is said to be “gearing up” for the imminent war crimes case at the Hague. Gaza: Were war crimes committed by Israel or not?

SPECULATION BY EVERYONE, EXPERTS WEIGH IN
Gaza - tiny little boy trying to be brave by himselfWhile most people have never heard of the Laws of War, it is an instinctual reaction to recoil in horror from the barbaric and savage attacks “Israel” has wrought upon Gaza. Intentional destruction of civil infrastructure, attacking protected civil facilities such as hospitals, schools, banks and mosques, as well as outright targeting of civilians are obviously objectively and morally wrong, laws or no laws. Every parent who sees the images of dead children, injured and terrified children and ponders how many are now homeless and orphaned cannot help but be moved. But there are laws that govern conduct in wars, and all countries and parties to a conflict (in the case of non-state actors, and in this case of a non-sovereign State of Palestine). Violation of these laws are war crimes. But what to the experts say about “Israel’s” choice of targets and slaughtering of entire families? As the State of Palestine is poised to accede to the Rome Statute and drag “Israel” to the Hague, their insight, knowledge and opinions are timely and informative. DESPITE CEASEFIRE, HUMANITARIAN CRISIS
OCHA 6 Aug Hospital StatusThe first day of the 72-hour cease-fire, which entered into force on 5 August at 08:00, has passed without serious incident, as negotiations continue under Egyptian mediation to reach a more permanent agreement. Markets and shops gradually resumed operating as Gaza residents overcome fears from the experience of previous, short-lived pauses. Municipal workers and service providers are clearing streets and rehabilitating and repairing infrastructure. Many of the displaced have returned to check if their homes are still inhabitable or their contents salvageable. Medical and rescue teams succeeded in reaching previously inaccessible area and to recover the dead from under the rubble. Of growing concern are the thousands of explosive remnants of war which are scattered throughout civilian areas, posing a major threat to children, farmers, IDPs returning home and humanitarian workers Continue reading Gaza: UNOCHA Report 6 August

Concern grows over unknown status of prisoners of war

PRISONERS WILL BE BARGAINING CHIPS
More than 200 young men were taken as prisoners of war from Gaza by “Israel” yet it has not released information on their status. This is causing great concern following the revelations that a number of civilians in Gaza were summarily executed by “Israeli” soldiers. And considering how “Israel” does not respect international laws, including the Laws of War, the concern is well-placed. Continue reading Concern grows over unknown status of prisoners of war

Lack of cooperation with investigation won’t protect Israel from ICC

STONEWALLING WON’T WORK.
The Foreign Ministry of “Israel” has advised Prime Minister Netanyahu not to cooperate with any UN investigation into war crimes the country committed in its genocidal project in Gaza. But this tactic will not shield the military state from prosecution of war crimes. In fact, the overt lack of cooperation shows the need to hide information that show war crimes were committed. Utter absurdity of requiring Gaza be “disarmed”

OCCUPIER LOST, WANTS MORE VULNERABLE STRIP
“Israel” is considered still the occupying Power of Gaza, though it typically has no “soldiers” stationed inside Gaza Strip. In international law  “Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army. The occupation extends only to the territory where such authority has been established and can be exercised.” (Laws of War: Section III, Article 42). A siege: controlling all the ingress/egress, imports and exports, population registry and so on, constitute “effective military control” and therefore occupation. That the occupying power, who regularly assassinates citizens of the territory that it occupies, ‘counts calories,’ works to keep the economy of the territory at a level just above a ‘humanitarian disaster’ and makes war upon it repeatedly would demand that any reconstruction of the infrastructure that it intentionally destroyed, including homes, be linked to total disarmament is out of the Twilight Zone. It is absurd on its face, has no connection to international law and is simply the wish of the occupier to ensure that the population it so occupies is more vulnerable to its predations and more subservient and docile. It is, in a word, madness. Continue reading Utter absurdity of requiring Gaza be “disarmed”

Fresh massacres in Gaza, desalination plant hit

DESTROY INFRASTRUCTURE, TARGET CIVILIANS
As the “humanitarian ceasefire” ended “Israel” opened fire on a group of civilians in Rafah queued up to get some water, which is extremely scare in Gaza. Also, reports of a group of children who were playing on the roof of the Oweida family home were targeted and attacked. Two children dead, 5-y-o Amal Oweida and her brother 12-y-o Mohammed Oweida, with reports of critical injuries as well. Two children, Amal Eweeda, 5 & Mohammed Eweeda 12 were also killed. Additionally, a school shelter in Central Gaza is reportedly evacuating after receiving a phone call from invaders that they plan to shell the school and nearby mosque. Child in coma after being shot by IOF near Hebron

CAN’T FIGHT MEN? SHOOT CHILDREN!
Since “Israel’s” military cannot prevail by fighting trained, armed men in battle and it is losing most decidedly in its genocidal project in Gaza, instead it shoots children. And the result is that one is now in a coma, after being shot in the chest. Continue reading Child in coma after being shot by IOF near Hebron

Gaza: Will this be the final straw or final solution?

HARSH WORD MUST BE FOLLOWED BY ACTIONS
After the “harsh words” of shock and condemnation that Israel, once again, attacked an URWA school (that transmitted its precise coordinates 33 times to “Israel’s” authorities), will there be action? The Secretary-General of the UN called it “another blatant violation of international humanitarian law” which clearly means that the other violations are not only known but recognised. The Secretary-General has the power and authority to refer a case to the International Criminal Court, but will he? Will the Americans veto another Security Council resolution on behalf of their client state? And what about the ‘final solution’ being spouted by Ministers of “Israel’s” parliament for Palestinians in Gaza? In the totality, the world must unite to stop this genocidal, rogue state. Gaza: UNOCHA report 2 August

HUMANITARIAN CRISIS, DIRE
Following yesterday’s collapse of a 72-hour humanitarian cease-fire brokered by the UN and the USA, hostilities intensified. The Rafah area in southern Gaza was subject to the heaviest shelling and fighting recorded since the start of the emergency, as well as the advancement of Israeli forces westwards into the most densely populated areas. According to Israeli media reports, these developments took place in the context of the Israeli army’s attempts to locate a soldier missing in action and reported to have been captured.
