Palestinian Declaration

An invitation to All Palestinians and their supporters to unite under the banner of LIBERATION, affirming our Inalienable Rights and clarifying our aims and aspirations to ourselves and to the world.

For the sake of historical truth, and for defending, preserving and protecting the rights of future Palestinian children, we present this document:

  • Whereas, no foreign government, international institution or individual, has any form of legitimacy or jurisdiction to dispossess any other Nation by distributing their land and property,
  • Whereas, all colonial dealings regarding Palestine, whether by the “League of Nations” or the subsequent land confiscations by British colonial forces, as well as coerced transactions by early Zionists, did not invalidate the irrefutable fact that Palestine is the sole indigenous representative of all people of Palestine, settled and anchored culturally to the land since time immemorial,
  • Whereas, the…

House Demolitions Are Illegal

House demolitions are regularly undertaken by the Israeli forces against Palestinian homes in the West Bank, including in East Jerusalem and Area C, despite the fact that private property is strictly protected. This article will help you understand more about how such policies and practices violate international law.

Israel decides to continue policy: demolish houses of suspects

As Israel’s usual brutally violent policies go, this one has been tried before and discontinued, while its other vicious brutality goes on unabated and unchecked (and unpunished). It has decided to begin (again) the policy of demolishing the houses of those who are suspected of terroristic activity – not charged, not convicted – just suspected. If all of the homes of ‘suspected terrorists’ houses were plotted on a map, one would most likely find that they just happen to be located on territory that Israel covets… desperately covets… that has resources that Israel covets. Beyond Words of Sympathy and Empathy – It Is Illegal Under International Law

So much evidence here on film. Can you imagine living like this? Israel’s blockade on Gaza is illegal and a crime against humanity which the world can see. Individuals in the zionist Israeli government can be charged for war crimes and crimes of ethnically cleansing a race/group of people. They will be going to prison, they might even be executed depending where they are caught and what the laws are in that country. Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted to ensure that all peoples – of every race, creed, colour and nationality were granted equal rights under international law, even where those peoples were formerly oppressed by warlords, colonial regimes or militarily occupied or otherwise deprived of rights due to war or the like. While many people have a dim view of the United Nations, this instrument of international law is a giant leap forward for those who had been deemed unworthy or in other ways denied basic rights that should be afforded to all by virtue of being born a human being. Always the Victim While They Victimise Others

MK Zoabi attacked in the Knesset by violent Jews
MK Zoabi attacked in the Knesset by violent Jews for speaking the truth

As always, Jews cry victimhood while they are actively victimising others. The world is aware and falls for the ploy less and less as the days go by. Israel’s military occupation of Palestine’s West Bank, siege of Gaza and Judaisation of Jerusalem, the atrocities, destruction, humiliation and degradation continues and grows. While governments may be in the thrall of Jewry, may be blackmailed due to the extensive spying Israel does on all governments, the people of the world are not so encumbered. But inside the bubble that is Israel and Jewry, their eyes cannot see, their ears cannot hear, they fight and block the truth with all their might, and attack anyone who speaks truth they don’t like. UNESCO grants Battir endangered heritage status

Battir, Palestine - now a UNESCO heritage site
Battir, Palestine – now a UNESCO heritage site

In order to protect land in Palestine from thieving Jewish settler colonists and Israel Land Administration/Jewish National Fund, Palestine has appealed to UNESCO to designate certain historical areas as ‘heritage sites.’ Several have been recognized by UNESCO and designated thus so far, which obviously infuriates Israel. Israel and Jewry are steadfast in their delusional and malevolent attempts to deny the history of Palestine, de-humanise and deny peoplehood to Palestinians, and that is a collective attempt to convince themselves and the world that there was no high culture, civilisation or indigenous people present in Palestine before Hebrews migrated there from Haran, Lebanon. Human Trafficking and Modern-day Slavery in Israel

women jews made into sex slaves - human trafficking
Women Jews made into sex slaves in human trafficking rings

In order to understand the following series of articles, one has to know and understand that Jews (religious and atheistic) are taught, and truly believe, that only Jews are ‘real humans and the rest of the world (8 billion of us) are soulless beasts, mere chattel for their use, with no redeeming qualities and inherently evil. They not only are taught, and truly believe, that it is ethical to lie to, cheat and steal from, oppress and murder us, but that it is a ‘mitzvah’ or religiously a good thing to do so! For many years Israel had no laws against human trafficking or slavery, because it didn’t have to – no one had paid enough attention, or shone a light onto its horrific practices. That is not to mention the fact that they see us as being ‘lucky’ to be their slaves. As you will see from the series below, it is only when threatened with sanctions by the United States that Israel started making half-hearted gestures about human trafficking and slavery. And you will see why their wholly inadequate law is the way it is, and why trafficked women made into sex slaves by Jews don’t testify against these evil people. US Presbyterians vote to divest from firms to pressure Israel

usa presbyterian church logo
USA Presbyterian church will divest

The Boycott, Divest, Sanction movement (BDS) is a Palestinian civil society call for the world to act in a legal, non-violent manner to pressure Israel, and hurt it in the manner that hurts the most: financially, as well as diplomatic and popular isolation. This is necessary since Israel obviously considers international law to only apply to Gentiles, as the Talmud teaches Jews. The PM of Israel has said publicly that the Talmud is the basis of Israeli law, which once one understands what the Talmud says and teaches, is all one needs to know about why Israel does what it does, settlers are violent and the IDF commits atrocities and war crimes.

Many artists and musicians have heeded the call for a cultural boycott and refused to give concerts in Israel. Many professional unions and groups have decided to divest from companies that profit from Israel’s military occupation, Christian churches and groups are following suit. BDS is gathering steam and there was even a secret meeting in London for Israelis and Jewry to formulate a strategy to halt the spread of damage and growing numbers of citizens and groups heeding the BDS call. It worked on apartheid South Africa, it can at least help with apartheid Israel. Continue reading US Presbyterians vote to divest from firms to pressure Israel

Hebron losses ‘$10m daily’ during siege

Violent Jewish settlers
Violent Jewish settlers

This is one of the desired effects of the current large-scale military operation in the West Bank, Palestine. Israel knows that Palestinian economy is already very fragile, and this is another aspect of the collective punishment Israel is meting out to all Palestinians in the West Bank. Now that this damage is intentionally done to the economy of Hebron, you can be sure that Israel will not allow it to recover, and that the economy elsewhere in the West Bank will suffer the same and also not be allowed to recover. Violent Jew settlers spray toxic substance, kill herd of sheep

JEWISH TERRORISM
Apparently, Jews believe animals owned by Gentiles ripe for killing, as well as the Gentiles themselves, since Gentiles are believed by Jews to be animals. If they can’t steal them, kill them!

Sheep killed by violent Jews – if they can’t steal them… kill them!

AL-KHALIL — Jewish settlers sprayed toxic substance in Palestinian grazing fields near the town of Yatta, southern al-Khalil, causing the death of a herd of sheep.

The coordinator of the popular committees against the wall and settlement in Yatta, Ratib Al-Jabour, asserted that the herd of sheep, which belonged to Jihad Noajah, had died after grazing in wild herbs, which were sprayed with toxic substances by settlers from Susiya settlement to the southeast of Yatta. Water crisis in the WB aggravates due to IOA control over water resources

The water resources in the West Bank are fully controlled by the Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) through Mekorot company (Israel’s national water company), which allocates 7 times more water to each settler than to the Palestinian citizen.

Due to Israel’s water apartheid policies, the West Bank has been facing grave water shortages, forcing many of its residents to purchase water from the nearby villages or from vendors of private water trucks at a high cost. Violent Jewish Settlers in Hebron Poison Palestinians’ Animals, Land and Water

JEWISH TERRORISM
Violent Jews have poisoned cropland, wells, and spread poisoned seeds in order to kill the livestock of Palestinians. This is not the only incident, either. These Gentile-hating Jews do not care for any life but that of other Jews. It takes a psychopathic personality to poison animals. Of course, Jews don’t consider Gentiles to be true humans, believing that Gentiles are simply soulless beasts, simply chattel without a living soul, with no redeeming value, inherently evil. That’s demented enough, but poisoning animals? Yes. They will stop at nothing to steal the land and resources of Palestine, even if they have to make it unusable. Pillage – IDF Stealing Money from Palestinians They Raid

It’s not enough to militarily occupy them, not enough to humiliate and degrade them on a daily basis, it’s not enough to terrify them in nighttime raids, kidnapping children. No. Now IDF are stealing money from the Palestinians as they raid and ransack their homes, arresting random people at-will in a massive collective punishment exercise. It’s hard for Gentiles to understand this because most don’t know that the Talmud teaches Jews that the money and property of Gentiles is theirs for the taking, and that it is perfectly ethical to steal from us.
