Gaza: Yes, it was genocide

SEEING IN PERSON MAKES IT CLEAR
A delegation of the European Parliament visited Gaza and saw for themselves the scale of devastation wrought by “Israel” over a 50 day period. Thirteen members saw for themselves the scorched earth policy (Dahiya doctrine) employed that intentionally destroyed infrastructure -water and power grid, healthcare system and government ministries- and tens of thousands of homes. The land rejects you, the stones cry out against you

DEMANDING OTHERS’ PROPERTY DOES NOT TRANSFER IT
Though the Gentile world has been taught that the famous 10 Commandments apply to all, Jews believe it only applies to other Jews, not to their behaviour towards Gentiles, whom they regard as “innately evil,” without a soul, with no redeeming qualities, and whose property is “opened” for Jews to take at will. So Jews who have moved themselves into Palestine have an entitlement mentality, that is they are entitled to any land, resources, homes or belongings they want. But Palestine is not their land, and the land itself rejects them in their hubris and criminal, un-neighbourly behaviours. This is about an act that began with this insolent attitude and inspired an act, which did not go to plan, even with the military (whose duty, according to international law in occupied territory is to protect the occupied population). It was a good day. Continue reading The land rejects you, the stones cry out against you

Gaza deaths increase after night of pounding: 2,132 martyrs and 10,890 injured

Victims’ names and ages were compiled based on information released by the Gaza health ministry, while the circumstances of the deaths were taken from the ministry and local news sources. 2,132 martyrs and 10,890 injured.

The number includes 553 children, 253 women, and 96 elderly, since July 8, while more than 10890, including 3106 children, 1970 women and 368 elderly, have been injured with some losing limbs and others disabled for life, not to mention those who will die from cancer later on from the banned DIME munitions and potentially DU weapons employed as well. The amount of dead is underestimated as there are many whose bodies have still not been retrieved from the rubble and therefore their names are not listed.

The majority of the wounded are children, according to the Ministry of Health. All of the casualties listed below are victims of Israeli bombs dropped on Gaza since Tuesday July 8th. There is a running list of those murdered here, updated daily. For photos and facts about these real people with real lives, families, hopes and dreams, see humanizepalestine.org

Residential tower levelled, neighbourhoods erased

MANIC FURY-BOMBING & DESTRUCTION OVERNIGHT
It’s not about Hamas, it’s not about tunnels, it’s not even about rockets. It’s about control, domination and hatred. Whatever party was in government, were there no tunnels, and when rockets never flew, “Israel” hate Palestinians in Gaza, al-Quds/Jerusalem and the ‘West Bank.’ It wants control, it wants absolute domination. The furious hatred of Palestinians is because they refuse to submit to that control and accept that Jewish domination, because Palestinians still live, because they refuse to leave. So Palestinians in Palestine are punished on a daily basis: siege/blockade of Gaza, torturous fascism in al-Quds, and belligerent occupation of the ‘West Bank’ along with the creeping illegitimate annexation. “Israel” seek to erase the history in which its Jews were only a tiny part, it destroyed whole towns and villages in historic Palestine, appropriated others, and in Gaza it is doing the same. These are in fact war crimes. Continue reading Residential tower levelled, neighbourhoods erased

Yes, we know Israel lies, but why?

CHRONIC, PERVASIVE LIES & DISTORTIONS, BUT WHY?
Is it because of ignorance? Perhaps because of guilty conscience? Maybe it’s out of shame? Or maybe out of fear?
It is none of these reasons; the lies are intentional knowing lies, and there is no sense of shame, nor is there fear of the truth. And the journalists covering “Israel’s” crimes know these are lies as well. Because the lies are not little “white lies” or harmless fibs, these are porky’s! These are called “Big lies” as in, knowing, large and obviously untrue. Yes, most of us know this, but why do they do it? Continue reading Yes, we know Israel lies, but why?

Gaza: destroyed infrastructure, aid mission also targeted

VENEZUELAN AID CONVOY ATTACKED
After destroying the power and water/sanitation infrastructure, “Israel” now attacks convoys of relief supplies! The intent is to deprive Gazans of necessities: water for drinking, cooking and bathing, food and shelter. This is a violation of international law. Targeting non-combatants, and those carrying or delivering aid is also not just heinous and despicable, but criminal as well. This rogue state must be stopped! Depth of depravity: bombing a funeral

SAVAGES STOP AT NOTHING FOR MORE BLOODSHED
Do you still have any illusions that “Israel” is a proper, civilised country? When it destroys an undefended civilian dwelling, killing civilians to get to one person, when it bombs protected facilities like hospitals and clinics and schools, those are war crimes committed by bloodthirsty barbarians. When it bombs a funeral for four members of one family, that is the depths of depravity. For the good of all of humanity and world peace, this country must be dissolved. Gaza: Israel’s position of weakness and its false flag attack

CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING
Unsurprisingly, “Israel” wants to continue its siege and occupation, assassinations, and general repression and oppression of Palestine. So used to being able to bully, badger, wheedle, whine and blackmail in order to get its way it is unused to dealing with a strong opposition. The feckless Fatah and “Palestinian Authority” are merely lackeys and subcontractors, though Hamas is anything but. And Hamas is not going to abandon the legitimate and lawful rights of Palestine: sovereignty, which entails control over its land/sea and airspaces, imports and exports, and ingress and egress. With the ceasefire extended for 24 hours, “Israel” and its friendly-neighbourhood ally, al-Sisi of Egypt, are trying to divide-and-conquer the Palestinian delegation in order to avoid any concessions. But make no mistake, “Israel” is actually negotiation from a position of weakness. Continue reading Gaza: Israel’s position of weakness and its false flag attack

Gaza: International doctor describes injuries of banned weapons

BANNED WEAPONS CAUSE DISTINCTIVE INJURIES
Traumatic amputations, distinctive odour, melted flesh, piercings by nails, traumatic crushing and other highly specific and unusual wounds have been seen by multiple doctors both Gazan and from other countries (don’t worry, no gory photos). It is established that “Israel” have used DIME munitions, and it has admitted it has and is using flechette shells. But observers have noted that it is also using FAX munitions which are a sort of ‘poor man’s nuke’, essentially a thermobaric bomb that explodes in the air and is quite devastating to anything below it. It has been suggested by observers that “Israel” has used “Daisy Cutters” in this latest genocidal project on Gaza. The use of these weapons are a violation of the Laws of War Article 23 which prohibits the use of poison or poisoned weapons, and weapons that cause unnecessary suffering. DIMEs are known to cause cancer because of the tungsten contained in them which comes in contact with the victim. Flechettes are not suitable or legal for use in populated areas and are known to cause unnecessary suffering. FAX and Daisy cutter munitions are also not suitable for use in highly populated areas, especially when it is known that there are civilians in that location. Considering the totality of “Israel’s” history and actions, it is clear that these weapons are employed in order to destroy as much of the infrastructure and structures as possible, kill immediately as many civilians as possible, and ensure that those civilians that are wounded will either be maimed for life or die from their wounds or contract cancer and die from that. The goal is to destroy physically as much of Gaza as possible, and significantly ‘thin out’ the population of Gaza, specifically fertile women and children (the next generation). “Israel” call this “mowing the lawn.” That qualifies as genocide. Continue reading Gaza: International doctor describes injuries of banned weapons

Israeli laments lack of inventiveness in torturing Palestine

HIGH-TECH ARMS, BUT STILL NO MILITARY VICTORY
“Israel” is bemoaning the lack of military victory over Palestinian resistance, despite the mechanised, high-tech American-donated armaments. The armament industry in “Israel” itself is big business. It takes armaments other countries have invented and changes them a bit, repackages them, tests them out of Gaza and then stamps them with “brand Israel.” This has been documented in “The Lab” and has been also published in “Israeli” media. But despite this, it still has no definitive military victory over Gaza, all the destruction of infrastructure and protected facilities notwithstanding. Great frustration is being expressed in the “Israeli” Jewish media that all the methods of torture and destruction of Gazans haven’t weakened Hamas or Palestinians in general and this is due to a “lack of creativity” on behalf of the military. Amazing. Continue reading Israeli laments lack of inventiveness in torturing Palestine

Gaza: Amid new ceasefire talks, death toll hasn’t ceased

Victims’ names and ages were compiled based on information released by the Gaza health ministry, while the circumstances of the deaths were taken from the ministry and local news sources.

Nearly 10000 have been injured, including children and women, with some losing limbs and others disabled for life, not to mention those who will die from cancer later on from the banned DIME munitions and potentially DU weapons employed as well. “Day of Rage” across world shows overwhelming support for Gaza

PEOPLE SUPPORT GAZA, DEMAND END TO GENOCIDE
Now the governments of the world have no illusions as to the wishes of the populace they govern. We demand the end to the siege of Gaza, to the genocide, to the occupation of Palestine and full sovereignty. And will not be silent, we will not rest until that occurs. No amount of Jewish pressure and lobbies drown out the sound of our call for Palestinian freedom. We demand the end to “Israeli” impunity, to hold it accountable for its many crimes. Gaza: numbers give perspective

PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING
We compiled a list of numbers on the devastation wrought on Gaza here, but others have compiled lists of numbers as a comparison to previous wars on Gaza, which is helpful in seeing the true barbarity of “Israel.” And taking in the totality of what it has destroyed, it is clear that it not only wants to make Gaza un-livable, but wants to erase Gaza’s history as well. Out of revenge for its inability to defeat Palestinians’ spirit, its inability to force them all out of historic Palestine, its inability to defeat Palestinian resistance in the field of battle, it wants to erase the evidence that Gaza existed long before there was an Abraham, long before there were any Hebrew tribes. Gaza City is one of the oldest continually-inhabited cities in the world! “Israel” has destroyed not only homes, but schools and mosques as well. But it will find that it still cannot defeat the spirit of Palestinians or Palestinian resistance. Continue reading Gaza: numbers give perspective

Uprising continues, clashes all over West Bank

NO RETURN TO STATUS QUO ANTE
Palestinians in the ‘West Bank’ are not lying down, not submitting to Jewish domination, oppression or occupation. A large protest at al-Khalil/Hebron resulted in clashes with IOF in which 40 have been injured thus far.

seven have been injured in clashes with the IOF in Safa, near Ramallah.

In Bethlehem, the IOF is shooting large amounts of tear gas at protesters. Two “Israeli” soldiers have been wounded at Rachel’s Tomb.

At Qalqialiya, 4 have been injured by IOF shooting live bullets.

Guernica in Gaza

MESS OF WARFARE, DIRTY POLITICS
Everyone knows that one little tiny desert state in the Mediterranean is the client state of the United States. Everyone knows that it is armed to the eyeballs, lavished obscene amounts of the tax-payers money and diplomatically shielded from any and all legal consequences in the fora designed to solve international disputes and hold bad actors accountable. Yes, I mean the Jewish military state. Everyone also knows that the client state has also been shielded from actually having to behave as any other civilised nation would be required to be. As ICC case looms, Israel panicking and preparing its defense

BEGGING THE AMERICANS TO SAVE THEM
According to published reports, Prime Minister Netanyahu implored a delegation of “Israel-firster” lawmakers from America to help keep his country out of the ICC. No doubt the contingent of willing traitors will do their utmost to accommodate him. Meanwhile the military of his country is said to be “gearing up” for the imminent war crimes case at the Hague. Gaza: Were war crimes committed by Israel or not?

SPECULATION BY EVERYONE, EXPERTS WEIGH IN
Gaza - tiny little boy trying to be brave by himselfWhile most people have never heard of the Laws of War, it is an instinctual reaction to recoil in horror from the barbaric and savage attacks “Israel” has wrought upon Gaza. Intentional destruction of civil infrastructure, attacking protected civil facilities such as hospitals, schools, banks and mosques, as well as outright targeting of civilians are obviously objectively and morally wrong, laws or no laws. Every parent who sees the images of dead children, injured and terrified children and ponders how many are now homeless and orphaned cannot help but be moved. But there are laws that govern conduct in wars, and all countries and parties to a conflict (in the case of non-state actors, and in this case of a non-sovereign State of Palestine). Violation of these laws are war crimes. But what to the experts say about “Israel’s” choice of targets and slaughtering of entire families? As the State of Palestine is poised to accede to the Rome Statute and drag “Israel” to the Hague, their insight, knowledge and opinions are timely and informative. Continue reading Gaza: Were war crimes committed by Israel or not?

Gaza: UNOCHA Report 6 August

DESPITE CEASEFIRE, HUMANITARIAN CRISIS
OCHA 6 Aug Hospital StatusThe first day of the 72-hour cease-fire, which entered into force on 5 August at 08:00, has passed without serious incident, as negotiations continue under Egyptian mediation to reach a more permanent agreement. Markets and shops gradually resumed operating as Gaza residents overcome fears from the experience of previous, short-lived pauses. Municipal workers and service providers are clearing streets and rehabilitating and repairing infrastructure. Many of the displaced have returned to check if their homes are still inhabitable or their contents salvageable. Medical and rescue teams succeeded in reaching previously inaccessible area and to recover the dead from under the rubble. Of growing concern are the thousands of explosive remnants of war which are scattered throughout civilian areas, posing a major threat to children, farmers, IDPs returning home and humanitarian workers Continue reading Gaza: UNOCHA Report 6 August

Concern grows over unknown status of prisoners of war

PRISONERS WILL BE BARGAINING CHIPS
More than 200 young men were taken as prisoners of war from Gaza by “Israel” yet it has not released information on their status. This is causing great concern following the revelations that a number of civilians in Gaza were summarily executed by “Israeli” soldiers. And considering how “Israel” does not respect international laws, including the Laws of War, the concern is well-placed. Continue reading Concern grows over unknown status of prisoners of war

Use of barrel bombs show Israel’s desperation

CONVENTIONAL WEAPONS NOT ENOUGH
As more information emerges from the deadly genocidal project on Gaza by “Israel” the facts show the increasing desperation of the latter’s military. It’s toy “soldiers” -even their best- could not be victorious against Palestinian resistance fighters on the field and were routed at every turn. It could only kill from afar with fighter jets, gun boats and tanks. But it has now been made clear that its desperation mounted enough to opt for unconventional weapons, the kind that when used in Syria, have caused international outcry. This also shows that the intent of the military state was not to destroy tunnels or Hamas or stop rockets, it was to destroy Gaza. Continue reading Use of barrel bombs show Israel’s desperation

Lack of cooperation with investigation won’t protect Israel from ICC

STONEWALLING WON’T WORK.
The Foreign Ministry of “Israel” has advised Prime Minister Netanyahu not to cooperate with any UN investigation into war crimes the country committed in its genocidal project in Gaza. But this tactic will not shield the military state from prosecution of war crimes. In fact, the overt lack of cooperation shows the need to hide information that show war crimes were committed. Dual citizenship and fighting in foreign armies

WHY IT SHOULD AND MUST BE CRIMINALIZED
South Africa and Argentina have warned their citizens that they face prosecution for fighting in a foreign army, namely “Israel’s” army in its newest genocidal project on Gaza. Dual citizenship is problematic and can result in divided loyalties. If the two countries have a conflict it is a relevant question as to with which country does the dual-citizen’s loyalty lie. Fighting in the army of one country’s military in a hot war is quite another thing. This is the case with “Israel” and its many dual-nationals who become “Jewhadis” and come to join its military to kill Palestinians and oppress them in their own land. Both South Africa and Argentina have taken a correct stance, in my opinion, and the world would be well-served if “Israel’s” patron state, America, did the same. Utter absurdity of requiring Gaza be “disarmed”

OCCUPIER LOST, WANTS MORE VULNERABLE STRIP
“Israel” is considered still the occupying Power of Gaza, though it typically has no “soldiers” stationed inside Gaza Strip. In international law  “Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army. The occupation extends only to the territory where such authority has been established and can be exercised.” (Laws of War: Section III, Article 42). A siege: controlling all the ingress/egress, imports and exports, population registry and so on, constitute “effective military control” and therefore occupation. That the occupying power, who regularly assassinates citizens of the territory that it occupies, ‘counts calories,’ works to keep the economy of the territory at a level just above a ‘humanitarian disaster’ and makes war upon it repeatedly would demand that any reconstruction of the infrastructure that it intentionally destroyed, including homes, be linked to total disarmament is out of the Twilight Zone. It is absurd on its face, has no connection to international law and is simply the wish of the occupier to ensure that the population it so occupies is more vulnerable to its predations and more subservient and docile. It is, in a word, madness. Continue reading Utter absurdity of requiring Gaza be “disarmed”
