Apparently as both compensation for losing the genocidal war on Gaza, and to keep his government, “Israel” announced the most massive land-grab in 30 years: 400 hectares of privately-owned Palestinian land in the ‘West Bank.’ And the government just published tenders for 283 new squatter flats in one of its colonies.

The settler-colonies are illegal, it is undeniable. But too many attempt to start explaining the issue or proffering a solution in the middle, instead of the beginning. That will never work. In order to expel the hostile invaders colonising Palestine, one must begin at the beginning to understand the colonial mentality and process. Then the end will come.

Unit 8200 in the Jewish military does the hacking and code-writing and are quite good. It created and sent a virus that would infect mobile phones of Gazans when they answered the “warning: you are about to be bombed to death” text messages it so generously sends to Gazans, mostly to harvest electronic human-network information due to the ineffectiveness of its informants and intelligence of late. It also hacked into Hamas television on 16 July. But apparently this is not the first time Hamas (and other) hackers have infiltrated the systems of the Jewish military state. Hamas hacked into and took over the broadcast of Channel 10 on 14 July. On 15 July, the Times of Israel reported that it had sent text messages to citizens in the Jewish military state about current (real or fictive) attacks and dangers.  And it continues in the cyber-psychological-war.

Bethlehem – A horde of armed Jewish settlers on Saturday afternoon chased a Palestinian boy from Artas village, south of Bethlehem, during his presence on a cultivated land owned by his father.

Local sources told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that a group of fanatic settlers with their dogs chased 12-year-old Qasem Ayyash as he was collecting some cucumbers on his father’s land in Khalat Annahla area in an attempt to kidnap him.

French government warns against business with settlements

The consequences, in the purse most of all, continue to accrue for Israel and its insane policy of land/territory/resource theft. This is not the first European country to advise its nationals against doing any business with a business located on stolen Palestinian land/territory, nor will it be the last. And the consequences will continue to mount until either Israel starts a devastating world war or capitulates and joins humanity and civilisation. The former is much more likely than the latter, considering Jewish behaviour throughout history.

According to the announcements made by Spain and Italy, the European Union and its member states do not recognize Israeli rule in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, which were conquered in 1967, and regard the settlements as illegal in international law.

Israel approves the construction of 60 new settlement colony units near Ramallah

Violent Jews dumped sewage on Palestinian cropland

Villagers in Wadi Fukin near Bethlehem were attacked by Israeli settlers from a nearby settlement, when they intentionally poured thousands of tons of sewage into the only natural water spring and the land.

Israeli settlers from the nearby settlement of Betar Elit poisoned over 100 dunums of Palestinian agricultural land, rendering both the water and crops unusable.

But the diminutive state is ever-petty and avoids honesty at every turn, preferring to employ the same flawed and obviously untrue cries of imagined persecution and perpetual victim-status whenever the safety of its colonists in its illegal colonies, or one of its soldiers employed in belligerent occupation of its neighbour is mildly put out, much less injured, captured or suffers loss of life.

New settlements on the West Bank and in East Jerusalem threaten prospects for a two-state solution to the Palestinian problem, the Russian Foreign Ministry says.

“On June 5, the Israeli Ministry of Construction announced a tender for building new settlements on the West Bank and in East Jerusalem. Moscow voices concern over Israel’s step,” the ministry says.

More units in illegal colonies as punishment for unity government

Israel announced today the advancement of plans for 1,300 more colonist units in its illegal colonies in Palestine, as one aspect of punishment to Palestine for forming a unity government of technocrats. All Israel’s colonies outside of 1948 Israel are illegal under international law.

When a territory is placed under the authority of a hostile army, the rules of international humanitarian law dealing with occupation apply. Occupation confers certain rights and obligations on the occupying power.

Israel has numerous illegal colonies in East Palestine (the ‘West Bank’) that are euphemistically called “settlements” that are illegal under international law. Territory for these illegal colonies are acquired in several underhanded ways: the Israeli military (IDF) declare an area to be a ‘closed military zone’ and prohibits any Palestinians from living in the area or accessing their property. A short time later the territory is transferred to the Jerusalem National Fund (JNF) and administered by the Israel Land Administration (ILA).

Complex matrix of control

Exploiting the genuine security related worries of the Israeli people and the majority’s wish for a political parting from the Palestinians, the Sharon government is constructing a system of fences that will not achieve separation, that will not draw a border, and that will not, eventually, bring security. What we are facing in the “fence” is yet another typical, thoroughly calculated “Sharonic” act of deception. The real purpose of the walls is very different. They are intended as another layer–maybe the ultimate one–in the complex matrix of control which constitutes the Israeli occupation: the settlements, the roads, the roadblocks, the curfews, the closures, and the use of brute military force. The walls that Sharon is building now are intended to render Israel’s hold over the land it captured in 1967 irreversible. They are the last nail in the coffin of the two-states solution. We shall wake up, in another year and a half from now, to a drastically different reality: a cruel state consisting of pens enclosures will stretch between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean.
